Welcome to the PriestPro Experience! By subscribing to our monthly service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Subscription Terms

Monthly Content Subscription

This Agreement begins on the date of subscribing, automatically renewing indefinitely until either party requests termination with a 14-day notice.

Features:

- 16 to 28 Homily Edits per month (Vertical Social Media Clips)

- 4 YouTube Videos per month (Full Length Homily)

- Social Media Posting (posting the content we make for you)

3. Payment and billing

Billing Cycle

Your subscription will be billed on the same day of each month as when you first signed up. For example, if you signed up on the 10th, you will be billed on the 10th of each following month. If the billing date does not exist in a month (e.g., the 31st), you'll be billed on the last day of that month.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel 14 days before the next billing cycle.

Price Changes

We may change the subscription price. Any changes will be communicated to you.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requires a 14-day notice before the next payment period. All outstanding payments must be settled prior to cancellation. Production is contingent upon receipt and processing of payment.

You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to [email protected]. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: All payments are final and non-refundable.

Annual subscriptions: The annual plan includes a 6-month money-back guarantee.

- At the 6-month mark, you'll have a 30-day window to request a full refund if you're not completely satisfied.

- Refund requests made after the 30-day window (beyond 7 months from your original purchase date) will not be eligible.

To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, you must have:

- Livestreamed Mass every week and ensured that the livestream videos were accessible to PriestPro.

- Approved all posts and materials provided by PriestPro within 72 hours of delivery.

- Maintained access to all connected social media accounts and, if requested, relinked or granted access to PriestPro within 72 hours.

- Kept your subscription active and payments current throughout the 6-month period.

- To request a refund, please email [email protected] within that 30-day window.

Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason. You will be notified via email/phone of such termination.

5. Use of Service

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our service for:

- Any illegal activities.

- Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.

Time

Client agrees that time is of the essence in this Agreement

6. Revisions

Client is not entitled to any revisions.

7. Account Management

Account Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your account information updated.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Content Ownership

Client shall own the final videos. Client shall ensure all proper likeness rights are obtained from anyone in the videos. Dom Mann Productions LLC, DBA PriestPro retains the right to use the videos for promotional purposes. Except as otherwise provided herein, Client owns all rights, title and interest in and to the media(s) which are the subject of this Agreement, including all copyrights therein. Client grants Dom Mann Productions LLC, DBA PriestPro an exclusive, worldwide, sublicenseable, transferable, royalty free license to all media clips produced during the course of the contracted work as it relates to Dom Mann Productions LLC, DBA PriestPro promotional use.

AI Processing and Training
Client grants Dom Mann Productions LLC, DBA PriestPro permission to process, analyze, and use Client’s recorded homilies, talks, and related media for the purpose of generating social media content, automated editing, transcription, formatting, and improving PriestPro’s AI systems. All training and processing will be done in a manner that is consistent with Catholic teaching.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Dom Mann Productions LLC, DBA PriestPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service.

Third-Party Services
